Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Standard USPS Shipping, depending on weight and how many items in order will determine shipping cost, estimated $6-$10. If item is damaged when you first receive it from the shipping you may request a refund or exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item (approximately 36 days from the date of purchase), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be able to be returned or refunded. Also if it is more than 30 days past the day it was delivered it will not be eligible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent back with the item being returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, once you have discussed the return (to make sure it is eligible) with me, the owner/seller/manufacturer, you can mail it back to the address which will be provided upon receipt of return request. If the item is eligible then once I receive it back and inspect it and make sure it is not damaged and in original condition, your money will be refunded either through PayPal or money order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or money order, within a week from the day we receive the item back. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied or mailed. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different item that is the same price, send us an email and send your item to the address which will be provided upon receipt of the return request.
Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to the address which will be provided upon receipt of the return request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. The cost for shipping back a return/exchange is up to the customer but for exchanges when your replacement item is sent back to you we will pay for it as you already paid for shipping with your original purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
